Ros is the Head of HR Services and Technology at Telewest Broadband. Having joined Telewest 3 years ago, she has transformed the HR Service Centre from a centralised administration department to a more client-focussed, technology based organisation.
Using an Oracle HR platform, advances such as Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and Oracle Workflow, efficiencies and department credibility have increased considerably, and further development is continuing.
Prior to joining Telewest, Ros was with PricewaterhouseCoopers as part of the senior management team responsible for the development and running of the Employee Service Centre providing HR administrative support to the UK firm.
Ros is an experienced HR generalist, having worked in corporates, greenfield sites and consultancy.
