| Russell joined the Prudential Executive Team in March 2001 as HR Director for its UK and European business. Prior to joining Prudential, Russell was Global HR Director of Thomson Financial (formerly Primark Corporation) working out of the US, Asia and London. Before that he was variously Head of Reward and Head of HR Requirements and Recruitment with National and Provincial Building Society. His early career was spent in HR with Osprey Communications plc and NatWest. |
