Nicola Scott, BMW |
| Nicola joined the BMW Group in June 2003 as the head of the Change Management function for the Oxford facility. Responsibility for Training has recently been added to her role. She hopes to realise an increased rate of organisational development as synergies are identified between the cultural change programme and training activities at the home of the MINI. Nicola graduated with a MEng in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Management and has worked in diverse roles including Production Manager in Italy, Quality Engineer in Asia and, most recently, Senior Corporate Auditor. Operating globally, the audits covered a broad spectrum of business fields from Operations to HR and IT and covered a number of industrial sectors. Nicola feels exposure to such diverse working environments has provided an invaluable background in helping understand the cultural factors affecting business success. |
