Martin is the Communications and Change Project Manager for the Inland Revenue e-HR Programme to deliver HR functions direct to our 80k+ staff.
Having been the author of the programme's strategic objectives he is now responsible for delivering the Business and Cultural Transformation to the department.
The recently announced integration with Customs and Excise to form HM Revenue and Customs further adds to the scale of this undertaking. Prior to this he held roles in IT Project Management and Programme Management of Business Development in Tax Administration Offices within the department. |
