Mark Spears is the Managing Director of Atos Consulting's People & Change Solution Group, a team of circa 120 consultants focussing on the people issues associated with major transformation projects. Mark has been with Atos Consulting for 15 years and before that worked for 10 years for the National Freight Company (now Exel Logistics) where he held senior HR management positions.
The philosophy of the People and Change Group is to approach the key aspects of transformation ie gaining the commitment and ownership of people in practical pragmatic ways. To this end, the team is made up of experienced consultants, all of whom have line management experience in all industry sectors. |
