Karen has for many years worked globally on international business systems for blue chip clients. Consultancy projects have included advising at board level to well known PLCs, designing a global payroll system for a multi-national retailer and setting up an outsourced UK retail payroll system fully interfaced with other back office systems in a crisis situation where other internal systems had collapsed. Prior to moving into systems consultancy Karen worked in corporate finance and accountancy and is currently responsible for the finance role in the business. A finalist in 2002 European Woman of Achievement Awards she is a published author with a clear strategic mind, combined with strong IT and financial skills.
